2001 WESTFIELD JUNIOR P G A    C H A M P I O N S H I P PHOTO ALBUM
The Westfield Junior PGA Championship (formerly Maxfli PGA Junior Championship) is a national junior championship event. This event is open to boys and girls who are 17 and under through the final round at the National Championship which is July 21st. Juniors ages 13-17 will have to attempt to qualify at an 18-hole qualifying site. The junior may try to qualify only once. This year there will be nine qualifying sites to choose from. Juniors ages 13-15 will play together and juniors ages 16-17 will play together. From each qualifying site, those who qualify will be invited to participate at the Westfield Junior Minnesota PGA Championship. This is a two-day, 36-hole event. The overall lowest scratch boy and girl from the Westfield Junior Minnesota PGA Championship will represent the Minnesota Section at the National WESTFIELD JUNIOR PGA CHAMPIONSHIP. Only juniors who play in the 13-17 age groups are eligible. The National Westfield Junior PGA Championship will be held at the Westfield Companies Country Club in Westfield Center, Ohio, July 18-21, 2001.      The Minnesota PGA Junior Golf Association will also conduct a Westfield Junior Minnesota PGA Championship for juniors ages 12 & Under. Juniors who participate in this will not have to qualify, but space is limited. Juniors ages 12 & Under will play 9 holes.      Dates and sites for the Westfield Junior Minnesota PGA Championship and qualifiers are listed below.
